Read before using: Tera helps you review and prepare actions. You remain responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you approve.
Effective date: September 17, 2026
1. The service
Tera Wallet provides software interfaces for viewing supported assets, preparing proposals, reviewing checks, connecting a wallet, and submitting transactions you choose to sign. Features may be experimental, unavailable in some regions, or changed as the product develops.
2. Self-custody
You control your wallet and signing credentials. Tera does not custody your assets and cannot recover a lost recovery phrase, private key or wallet access. Never share your recovery phrase or private key with anyone.
3. No financial, legal or investment advice
Information from the interface or assistant is provided for general informational and workflow purposes. It is not investment, legal, tax, trading, custody or suitability advice. You decide whether an action is appropriate and should obtain independent advice where needed.
4. Transactions and third parties
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. Quotes, bridges, asset eligibility, issuer restrictions, gas costs and delivery times are provided by networks or third-party services and can change or fail. Review every transaction before you sign it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or submit harmful code or data. You must comply with the rules that apply to assets, issuers, networks and venues you use.
6. Availability and updates
We may modify, pause or discontinue a feature to maintain security, reliability or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific execution outcomes, token value, yield, bridge delivery, or support for any asset or network.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tera Wallet is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for losses arising from a user’s wallet credentials, transaction decisions, network conditions, smart contracts, third-party providers, unsupported assets, or unauthorized access to a user-controlled wallet.
8. Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to terawalletrh@outlook.com. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new effective date.
